The atelier
Alloy (“we”, “the atelier”) provides a text-to-3D studio and related on-chain services. By using alloy.art, you agree to these terms.
What you receive
A generation produces a 3D object (typically GLB) from your prompt. Immortalizing an object mints a Metaplex Core NFT whose metadata points to the file and its SHA-256 proof. Ownership of a minted asset is the NFT. Prompts are hashed; we do not treat plaintext prompts as on-chain public records.
Your responsibilities
- You must have the right to submit the prompt and any reference material.
- You will not use the studio to generate illegal, exploitative, or infringing works.
- Wallet transactions are irreversible. You are responsible for the address you connect.
- Network fees (SOL) and protocol burns ($ALLOY, when live) are non-refundable.
Generation and models
Geometry is produced by a third-party engine (currently Tripo). Output quality, topology, and texture fidelity vary. Demo casts on the landing page are illustrations, not a guarantee of every future generation.
License
Minted works carry the atelier license published on Irys. Until an object is minted, the preview remains a studio artifact and is not a transfer of IP. Commercial rights follow the license attached to the NFT, including the 70 / 20 / 10 royalty split encoded in Metaplex Core.
Limitation
The studio is provided as-is. We are not liable for wallet loss, RPC failure, engine downtime, or secondary-market prices. Solana is a public chain; explorers and marketplaces are third parties.
